Role: HVAC Project ManagerLocation: Queens, NYSalary: $130K - $150K + BenefitsAre you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-profile commercial projects across New York City? We are a well-established mechanical contractor delivering full-scale HVAC solutions for office buildings, retail spaces, schools, healthcare facilities, and large commercial developments throughout the five boroughs. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a strong Project Manager to join our leadership team.As our HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll manage field teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HVAC/mechanical construction projects across NYCCoordinate with engineers, clients, GC’s, and subcontractorsLead site teams, ensure adherence to mechanical drawings, and resolve technical challengesDevelop project schedules, cost forecasts, procurement plans, and change ordersEnsure compliance with NYC codes, safety standards, and QA/QC proceduresOversee installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, controls, and related mechanical equipmentPrepare progress reports and attend site meetingsDrive projects to successful completion with minimal disruption to stakeholdersRequirements:3+ years’ experience as an HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager (commercial projects preferred)Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, MEP coordination, and HVAC installationsAbility to read & interpret mechanical plans and specificationsExperience managing labor, budgets, scheduling, and procurementExcellent communication and leadership skillsAPPLY today for immediate consideration
