The Plant Operations Manager will report to the President of the company and manage the day-to-day operations of a metal fabrication facility. The position will be responsible for 30 total employees.Candidate QualificationsAdditional qualifications include:Production Leadership ExperienceMetal fabrication experienceProven Track Record of Developing PeopleAbility to hire, train, measure and deliver resultsHigh level of integrity and professionalismPassion and sense of urgencyStrong leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)Able to work within the United StatesCompensationOur client offers a competitive base compensation plus bonus opportunity.Base salary $110,000 - $125,000Bonus $20,000 - $25,000Annual Compensation $130,000 - $150,000
