Your role will involve monitoring financial markets, recommending investment strategies, and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Cash Management:

  • Monitor daily cash balances and maintain liquidity for operational needs.
  • Execute cash movements, including wire transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Forecast cash flow positions and funding requirements.

Financial Analysis:

  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports on liquidity, profitability, and risk management.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends affecting financial performance.
  • Develop financial models and projections to support strategic decisions.

Investment Management:

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend investment strategies.
  • Monitor investment portfolio performance and ensure compliance with investment policies.
  • Manage relationships with investment managers and brokers.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as interest rate risk and foreign exchange exposure.
  • Develop hedging strategies to manage risks associated with cash flow and investments.

Banking and Relationship Management:

  • Manage banking relationships and negotiate banking services and fees.
  • Coordinate bank account openings, closures, and changes.
  • Monitor bank account activities and reconcile bank statements.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports and disclosures for management and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with audits and provide information to auditors as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a treasury analyst or similar role in finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and banking operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and treasury management systems (TMS).
