Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions for various mental health concerns. (e.g., Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Child Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy, Play Therapy for Trauma).
  • Deliver individual and/or group therapy sessions in a safe and supportive environment, tailoring approaches to the specific needs of each client.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices in mental health.


Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related mental health field.
  • State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.). (Unfortunately we are not able to provide supervision for a provider at this time.)
  • Demonstrated training in and experience applying evidence-based interventions for treating children and adolescents with a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Strong clinical skills including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a team.
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
