Pro-Tech is seeking an on-site recruiter for a primer client in our Fort Worth office

Day in the Life of a recruiter and on site manager

  1. Talent Sourcing: Actively seek out top talent by utilizing various methods such as online job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
  2. Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience through resume reviews, interviews, and assessment tests to determine if they are a good fit for the organization and the specific job.
  3. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients is a crucial aspect of a recruiter's role. They establish rapport with candidates to gain their trust and work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations.
  4. Problem Solving: Recruiters often face challenges during the hiring process, such as overcoming objections, negotiating job offers, and addressing unexpected issues. They use their problem-solving skills to navigate these obstacles and ensure successful placements.
  5. HR - Onboard and assist with any HR related functions and request needed for employees that may arise


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not required)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
