Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business strategies into clear and actionable requirements
  • Employ requirements management methodologies to develop functional and operational requirements
  • Data Governance and Data Background
  • Rigorously test and document requirements to ensure alignment with business goals

  • Establish and maintain best practices in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for business analysis projects
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives for the business analysis team
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business transformation
  • Leverage data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to inform decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Sr. Business Analyst with a minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in process redesign
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and modeling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus

Contract Details:

  • 3-6 month contract to start/ 50-60/hr
  • On-site presence required (no remote options) New York, NY 10036
  • GC or US Citizenship required No C2C No Sponsorship only

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a collaborative and open-minded individual with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A background in engineering or a similar technical field is a plus.
