The Amazon NA Marketplace manager is a critical leader and contributor to the company expansion strategy and execution of improvements to GODIRECTINC microbrands customers’ experiences on the Amazon Canada Marketplace

Job Descriptions:
- Marketplace Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and product visibility on the Amazon EU platform.
- Product Listings: Ensure product listings are optimized for search and conversion. This includes managing product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies.
- Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Marketing and Promotions: Coordinate with the marketing team to align Amazon marketing strategies with broader company campaigns.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet demand without overstocking.
- Competitive Analysis: Regularly conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained on the marketplace, including managing reviews and feedback.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Amazon marketplaces, particularly in North America
- Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, and marketplace dynamics
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with Amazon advertising and promotional tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce best practices
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA and logistics management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and successfully
- Creative, out-of-box thinker with high emotional intelligence
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
