Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Music Law attorney at Singh, Singh & Trauben, LLP. The attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to music law or corporate transactions. This may include drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and representing clients in negotiations and disputes. The attorney will work closely with clients and partners to ensure the best possible outcome for their legal needs.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in music law or corporate transactions
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to provide strategic legal advice
  • Extensive experience in contract law
  • Proven track record of successfully representing clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility for admission)
  • Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
