Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Formulation Chemist . The Senior Formulation Chemist will be responsible for conducting research and development activities, formulating anti-corrosion coatings, performing quality control analysis, and utilizing laboratory skills for product testing. They will also contribute to the continuous improvement of existing coating formulations and support the implementation of new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in conducting chemical analysis and interpreting data
  • Experience in a laboratory setting, including handling chemicals and operating laboratory equipment
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques
  • Background in research and development (R&D) and formulation of coatings or related materials
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
