Job Description

As a Senior AV Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing building projects from inception through delivery and completion. This position sits at the intersection of technical expertise and project management, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between design vision and practical implementation.

You will work closely with global design teams and external vendors to manage project design development and ensure quality in execution and delivery. This role requires a strategic mindset to balance technical requirements, budget constraints, and timeline management while maintaining our organization's global standards.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical projects, including schedule management, risk identification, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints
  • Conduct value engineering sessions with contractors to optimize project budget and quality goals
  • Collaborate with architects, construction managers, vendors, and logistics teams on global AV design specifications
  • Monitor and oversee the build-out process from start to finish while maintaining global standards
  • Generate and manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and delay notifications
  • Schedule and coordinate technical resources, including technicians, programmers, and engineers
  • Manage site handover from development to operations, including punch lists and technology handover packages
  • Conduct regular inspections of vendor and contractor installation work
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and resolve site-related issues
  • Maintain professional development through ongoing training and education
  • Supervise project personnel to meet objectives effectively


Required Experience/Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AV Collaboration, Room Integration & Project Management
  • Advanced understanding of AV system functionality and installation processes
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects from conception to completion
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with global stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with technical documentation and change management processes


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working in a global corporate environment
  • Knowledge of current trends in audiovisual technology and collaboration tools
  • Professional certifications in AV systems or project management
  • Experience with CAD software and technical drawing review
  • Multi-lingual capabilities for international collaboration


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Audio/Visual Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
