What You'll Do:

  • Hands-On Repairs: Keep our production lines running by fixing and correcting machine issues.
  • Expert Training: Undergo specialized training in Flowforming, learning to diagnose and repair flowformers.
  • Innovative Solutions: Troubleshoot and resolve process problems, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
  • Technical Programming: Understand and optimize key characteristics of the Flowforming process to ensure top-quality production.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with our controls engineering team and assist the maintenance manager with crucial administrative tasks.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Support and develop fellow maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communication: Effectively interact with coworkers and management.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Proven Expertise: Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with skills in CNC controls, lathes, and mills.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in high-volume manufacturing, particularly automotive, is highly preferred.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Agree to our Employee Handbook and pass pre-employment screening (e.g., drug test, background check).
