This role requires deep architectural expertise, enterprise governance, and leadership in designing secure, scalable, and integrated solutions. The architect will guide technical teams, advise stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives while driving innovation and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Architecture & StrategyDefine and own the technical roadmap for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce solutionsEstablish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for multi-org and multi-cloud environmentsDrive CMS migration strategies and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systemsIntegration LeadershipArchitect complex integrations using REST APIs, Connect APIs, and middleware toolsDefine API security, authentication flows, and data governance policiesEnsure high availability, scalability, and performance across integrated systemsContent Management & CMS ExpertiseOversee implementation of Salesforce Enhanced CMS features including workspaces, channels, collections, and taxonomyDefine workflows, approval processes, and governance for enterprise content managementLead migration from legacy CMS platforms to Salesforce Enhanced CMSSolution Delivery & Quality AssuranceConduct architecture reviews, code audits, and performance optimizationEnsure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standardsProvide technical leadership during design sprints, solution workshops, and client presentationsLeadership & MentorshipAct as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and business leadersMentor architects and development teams on advanced Salesforce capabilitiesDrive innovation and thought leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem
