Job Overview

As a Portfolio Leasing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the leasing activities across our diverse property portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying market opportunities, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of New Jersey’s real estate market, trends, and regulatory environments to effectively maximize occupancy and revenue. You will work closely with finance, property management, acquisitions, and development departments to ensure a cohesive strategy is implemented across all leasing efforts.


Job Responsibilities:

  • and leasing of the portfolio, including newer constructed properties.

Our compensation package for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.

This position is not commission-based; it is a salaried role. This means that instead of earning money solely based on specific transactions, you will receive a fixed regular salary.
