We’re currently looking for a hungry, curious and detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst to join our growing Analyst team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple paid media accounts in Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and other media platforms
  • Work with client and internal team to establish strategic direction for accounts
  • Expertly analyze and diagnose account performance metrics to optimize towards client goals - and improve even further after that. Push for constant improvement, testing and scaling
  • Produce high quality deliverables and analyses that wow our clients and always show the how, the why and the what are we going to do about it
  • Communicate effectively with the team and clients on said high quality optimizations, deliverables and how you’re crushing it
  • Produce brief weekly reports recapping key insights and plans for the week
  • Create and establish internal processes and procedures with an ability to innovate for our company


Requirements

  • Ideally 2-5 years of PPC data analysis, media buying and campaign management experience (agency or strong in-house background)
  • Expert understanding of Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram/Meta Ads, and other paid media outlets and the strategies and tactics behind them
  • Current certification in all 5 Google Ads courses (or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics is a plus, Google Analytics 4 certification also a plus and required within 90 days
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and tools such as Unbounce, Hotjar, etc also a plus

  • Ability to manage and optimize up to $1M in media spend across multiple accounts
  • Participate in client meetings to gather account requirements, share performance updates and strategize on opportunities
  • Able to join us Monday - Friday in our office in Scottsdale (1 day per week remote eligible upon 90 days of successful employment)
