Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Program Focal to join our Integrated Product Team in Wichita, KS. This position is within the aerospace industry and involves a 6+ month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Integration: Develop, integrate, implement, and execute multidisciplinary business processes.
  • Supplier Contract Management: Manage and execute supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal and external customers, suppliers, and employees at all levels to achieve program supply chain deliverables.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Participate in and facilitate program-related meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Supplier Coordination: Engage with suppliers to track deliverables, parts, and other owed items to ensure program schedule adherence.
  • Program Execution: Ensure the successful execution of supply chain deliverables in support of the Integrated Product Team.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supplier contract management and execution.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage and track multiple deliverables and ensure adherence to program schedules.
  • Experience with SAP is a bonus.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
