Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans, providing support to patients during therapy sessions, and documenting patient progress. You will work closely with occupational therapists to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages and backgrounds.


Qualifications

  • Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of individual patients
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
