Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Quality Manager will ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards before they reach our customers. This role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain compliance with established customer and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with production teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing QC/QA
  • Experience as a Machinist or Machinist Certifications
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and other industry-specific quality standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.
