Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Varicent development to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of ETL methodologies in all phases of Data Warehousing. They will also be expected to create and publish dashboards, write SQL queries, and develop requirements documents for ICM (Varicent). The role will involve solving complex technical problems, assimilating information rapidly, and working with Agile deliverables and ceremonies.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience with Varicent ICM- Composer
  • Strong knowledge in Design, Development, and Testing of ETL methodologies in all phases of Data Warehousing
  • Experience in the insurance domain (Life, Disability) and understanding of insurance terminology and Life Insurance/Disability Insurance Agent contracts
  • Proficiency in creating and publishing dashboards and writing SQL queries
  • Advanced skills in SQL, JavaScript, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Prior expertise in business analysis and technical skills to develop requirements documents for ICM (Varicent)
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and assimilate information rapidly 8. Experience with Agile deliverables and ceremonies
