Job Description

Visit Louisville, KY as a traveling Interventional Radiologic Technologist Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to cover for a hospital in Louisville, which features 2 hybrid rooms alongside 2 other technologists. This role involves performing over 30 procedures a week, including Angiogram, TAVR, EVAR, TVAR, FEVAR, TCAR, and Lead Extraction.


Responsibilities

  • Perform interventional radiologic procedures such as Angiogram, TAVR, EVAR, TVAR, FEVAR, TCAR, and Lead Extraction.
  • Collaborate with a team of technologists in a busy hospital setting.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of interventional radiology equipment.
  • Provide high-quality patient care during interventional procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards.


Qualifications

  • Certification: ARRT certification; VI (Vascular Interventional) certification recommended.
  • Licensure: Valid Kentucky Radiologic Technologist license.
  • Experience: Must have experience in surgical settings.
  • Skills: Proficient in performing interventional radiologic procedures; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
