Job Description

The Email Designer coordinates email marketing promotions of the Company’s products by creating content and images for engaging email campaigns. Uses traffic tracking applications to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate effective marketing techniques and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with creative team leads to support department strategies and execute email marketing campaigns from conception to delivery.

• Responsible for the design and implementation of assets as well as deployment of email campaign.

• Collaborate with marketing team partners to select imaging for related email campaigns and deliver assets in a timely fashion.

• Provide input and suggest new and creative ideas for email designs.

• Incorporate in-depth related email design knowledge, digital standards and best practices to ensure engaging campaigns with a successful ROI.

• Use your creative skills to understand brand guidelines and align with consistent brand messaging.

Competencies & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field along with a minimum of 3- 5years of designing email marketing assets is required.

• Ability to create stories through design is necessary.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to concentrate on fine detail a must as is working well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Mobile-first mind-set.

• Knowledge of email best practices and industry standards.

• Team player and ability to work with key stakeholders across the brand.

• In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools are required.

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
