Your Role

ATFI is seeking a talented Engineering Technician to join our team to perform various functions:

·        Assist engineers with day-to-day work related to equipment for chemical production, material production, and laboratory facilities

·        Assist engineers with materials prototyping for new customer opportunities

·        Assembly of custom equipment

·        Data recording and documentation

·        Equipment upkeep and repair


Preferred Qualifications and Experience

·        High school diploma at minimum

·        A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in an automotive shop, manufacturing facility, or laboratory environment

·        Proficiency with basic machine shop tools (saw, drill press, wire cutter)

·        Knowledge of automotive paint spray or similar spray processes a plus

·        Knowledge of vacuum pumps or related systems a plus

·        Must be efficient at work and a self-starter. Capable of working independently.

·        Must be safety conscious and can work within the guidelines of OSHA to maintain a very safe workplace.

·        A team player who works well with others and can collaborate effectively and productively

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills
