Role: Roustabout/ Floorhand (Workover Rig)

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly-motivated, mechanically inclined Roustabout/ Floorhand with a growth mindset who enjoys a dynamic, hands on, field-based work environment.

• Assembles or repairs oilfield or natural gas equipment using hand tools and power tools.
• Loads and unloads pipe from truck, either by hand or by using equipment.
• Assists roughnecks and other oil rig workers to ensure they have the materials and equipment they need.
• Dismantles oilfield machinery.
• Ensures that work areas are clean and safe.
• Follows safety guidelines and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent mechanical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of oilfield machinery and repair.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior workers.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: Hobbs, NM

Hitch: 7/7

Pay Rate: $15 - $35/ Hour based on experience
