Job description:

Characterization, yield enhancement, datalogging and spec validation.

Verifying SLT engineering setups. Planning and tracking all SLT testing activities

Interpret patterns in the data collected.

Collaborate with engineering groups including SLT PE, SLT TE, ATE, systems/silicon validation, and quality teams to coordinate efforts to resolve silicon issues.

Initiate and drive process improvements and preventative actions, possibly through root cause analysis

Install and Update OS/FW using instructions.

Bachelor’s degree in EE or VLSI mandatory
