Supplier Quality Engineer

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Quality Systems Coordinator (Supplier Quality) to strengthen our team in North Berwick, ME.
Job description:
Facilitation and coaching of cross functional Problem Resolution Team (PRTs) for investigations and escapes. Coordinate the escape management process including population bounding, organize technical resources, leading/coaching investigation teams to identify robust systemic root cause.
Generation of corrective/preventive actions to mitigate risk of future occurrences, tracking of actions through completion.
Foster quality relationships with our customers
Support adherence to customer Quality Clinic metrics.
Document and disposition customer turnback’s as needed in the HQMS system.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of escape management process
Demonstrated skills working in a team environment.
Knowledge in root cause and corrective action tools and methodologies
Basic navigation of SAP
Basic knowledge of MRB process
QRC or MRB background
Supplier Quality background
Jurisdiction and Classification (JCL2/JCL3) authorizations
