About the Position:

Join our dynamic team at CBC Automotive Marketing, we are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with automotive industry experience to help lead our digital marketing efforts and drive results for our automotive clients. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEM and Social Ads Management.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta) for maximum ROI.
  • Use GA4 for performance tracking, KPI generation, and detailed reporting.
  • Collaborate across teams for client initiatives, innovative strategies, and campaign execution.
  • Lead digital program creation, aligning with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Supervise production, budgets, and schedules for timely service delivery.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, optimizing strategies for competitive results.
  • Present insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions and business growth.


Required Skills and Background:

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, specializing in PPC or Social Advertising for the automotive industry.
  • Expert in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social platforms, with proven campaign management. Google and Meta Certified Preferred.
  • Understanding of digital metrics, KPIs, and optimization best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with results-driven mindset.
  • Organizational skills for multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web content management systems.
  • Passion for automotive industry and trend awareness.
