Project Manager


Position Summary:


Our partner, the world's leading manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment and control systems, is seeking a Project Manager to excel in a dynamic role within a rapidly expanding organization. As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Sales, Distribution, and Marketing initiatives while supporting a range of projects across sales operations, business processes, and technology implementations. To be successful, the Project Manager must have the ability to drive project planning and execution and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with executive leadership, stakeholders, and various business units. This position also involves providing leadership and oversight for large-scale, end-to-end enterprise solutions, ensuring successful delivery on high-visibility initiatives.


Experience and Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in sales, distribution, or marketing.
  • Experience in sales, distribution, and technology, with a solid understanding of sales processes and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution networks, and marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to be concise, confident, and hands-on.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PMO, or others. (a plus)

Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to define, prioritize, and develop strategic projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Document project creation, development, and execution, including scope, budget, and justification, to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects efficiently, ensuring all tasks adhere to PMO and company standards.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of initiatives related to sales operations, distribution processes, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to address and resolve issues proactively.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project plans and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Generate and analyze status reports, summarizing key insights for stakeholders and management.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to maintain alignment across all parties.
  • Manage change requests, assessing their impact on timelines and budgets while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other resources to ensure smooth project implementation and handover.
  • Identify and nurture new opportunities with clients, contributing to long-term partnerships.
  • Secure stakeholder acceptance of project deliverables and ensure a seamless transition to maintain satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying successes and areas for improvement to enhance future outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver detailed presentations to management, summarizing project progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to organizational needs.
