Grant, Genovese & Baratta, LLP is a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Transactional Paralegal with 7+ years of solid experience to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with commercial transactions, including corporate and real estate transactions
  • Prepare and review loan documentation and financing documents
  • Conduct UCC research and filings
  • Perform due diligence and prepare search reports and strategies
  • Handle title and survey matters, including policies, reports, and title documents
  • Coordinate and manage closings, including preparing closing binders and post-closing duties
  • Draft promissory notes and corporate resolutions
  • Conduct research using public records and informational databases


Requirements:

  • ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, and online legal databases
  • Notary Public certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proactive, team player attitude
