CVR Search is proud to be recruiting a LEGAL Project Manager/Attorney for one or more multi-national law firms.
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of legal project management principles in a strategic manner, particularly relating to client billing matters and alternative pricing structures.
Provide matter planning, process improvement, and strategic pricing support for targeted practice areas and clients throughout firm.
- Oversee alternative fee arrangements and billing in collaboration with firm-wide practice leaders and billing management staff.
- Provide training and matter-specific guidance in defining and scoping work plans, reviewing management of resources, and preparing, analyzing and monitoring budgets.
- Develop training and monitoring tools to utilize legal project management strategically firmwide.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or other applicable area. JD (Or MBA with strong legal billing knowledge) preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a project manager or related function in the legal services industry.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Aderant, Power BI, Smartsheet or similar legal billing/billing analysis is required.
- Prior experience teaching and coaching project management principles preferred.
NOTE: Salary range for qualified candidates for Miami and select other cities is $140K-$170K, DOE. Salary range for most populated cities on the job listing (i.e. San Francisco, Los Angeles) is $170k-$190K, also DOE.
