Position: Sales Representative

Location: Primarily at 200 W Ottawa St, Richwood, OH 43344 (90%) and occasionally at 16960 Square Dr, Marysville, OH 43040 (10%)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Compensation: $45,000 base salary + commission

What You’ll Do:

• Travel & Setup: Load and unload a 26-foot box truck, travel to various locations, and set up pop-up stores.
• Sales & Customer Service: Operate a cash register, provide excellent customer service, and maintain an organized and appealing store environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event lead and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Event Management: Keep gear organized, manage inventory, and ensure all materials are ready for each event.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, excellent problem-solving abilities, and multitasking prowess.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, remain seated for prolonged periods, and stand for extended durations.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license required.
