CSP’s Real Estate & Financial Services practice is partnering with a fast-growing client in the PropTech space in their search for a General Manager. The firm is very entrepreneurial in nature and seeks an individual with that mindset. The General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of 100k sq ft of industrial space. They will develop and maintain relationships with the tenants, ensuring their satisfaction in all aspects of service. This individual will be the face of the firm for that location and must display confidence and ownership over happenings at the property.


Opportunity Highlights:

  • Autonomy over day-to-day operations of the property
  • Ability to grow within the firm, long-term visibility in the company
  • Salary-based with incentives, will be rewarded for performance


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry
  • Ability to work “traditional business hours” but be available to respond to after hour emergencies and tours as needed
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter, desire to go the extra mile
