Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of wastewater treatment facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to optimize team performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams on facility upgrades and enhancements.
  • Monitor water quality and treatment processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain standards.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure operational safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction or water resources management.
  • In-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and water resources regulations.
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
