Position Overview: Occasions Fine Jewelry is seeking a skilled and experienced Master Jeweler to join our team. The Master Jeweler will primarily be responsible for repairs, adjustments, and some custom work. This individual will work closely with our existing team of jewelers to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of skill and precision, along with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.

Target Compensation:

• Compensation structure includes competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus potential
• Additional incentives, including signing bonuses and relocation assistance, may be available if applicable

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and adjustments on a variety of jewelry pieces
• Assist with custom jewelry projects as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of full-time experience as a jeweler
• Demonstrated proficiency in sizing, setting, and soldering
• Ability to work with large diamonds and handle intricate details
• Willingness to undergo a bench test as part of the interview process
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Degree in jewelry technology or related field preferred but not required
• Experience with prestigious jewelry lines and luxury brands
• Familiarity with industry best practices and trends
