Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Software Engineer with expertise in .NET development, SQL, and AWS, along with experience in the Charles River Development (CRD) platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable financial applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust investment management solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET technologies.
  • Design, implement, and optimize SQL databases to ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments using best practices.
  • Work with the Charles River Development (CRD) platform to enhance and customize investment management solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure high code quality by performing unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
  • Maintain and update documentation for codebases and system architecture.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in full-stack .NET development.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Expertise in SQL Server or PostgreSQL with strong database design and optimization skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
  • Experience with the Charles River Development (CRD) platform is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
