Our client, a luxury perfume brand, is hiring a temporary Workplace Service Coordinator to join their team onsite in NYC. This is a temporary position that will last approximately 3 months.
 
Job Duties Include:
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Welcome and greet people in person or on the telephone and answer/direct inquiries
  • Offer coffee/tea/water, hang visitor coats and secure any belongings as needed
  • Assist with deliveries (lunch, products, etc.) and contact  respective employees and departments
  • Manage vendor accounts and invoices ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Place orders for office needs and supplies for team as needed  
  • Assist with preparing office area for new hires
  • Assist in special projects and miscellaneous duties including ordering food, setting up, breaking down, etc.
  • Manage inventory for printers including ordering ink and toner
  • Place service calls for any equipment requiring maintenance
  • Work with vendors on food selection menus updates, café organization, cleaning, etc.  
  • Assist with internal relocations
  • Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
 
Job Qualifications Include:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting in an administrative capacity in the prestige fashion, fragrance and/or beauty industry
  • Ability to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multitask  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including knowledge of Excel
  • French speaking a plus
 
Salary: $25 - $30/hr
