Senior Project Manager – Bridge & Transportation ProjectsLocation: Orange County, CaliforniaOverviewWe are partnering with a rapidly growing heavy civil contractor specializing in transportation infrastructure to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple major bridge projects across Orange County and Southern California.This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven bridge PM who can take full ownership of complex structural projects—from preconstruction through closeout—while mentoring teams and driving performance across schedule, safety, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee multiple large-scale bridge projects, including new construction, widening, and rehabilitationManage all phases of project delivery: preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeoutProvide strategic leadership to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teamsDevelop and manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and margin performanceDrive schedule adherence and proactively mitigate project risks and change eventsServe as the primary point of contact for owners, Caltrans/DOT agencies, designers, inspectors, and subcontractorsEnsure full compliance with Caltrans/DOT requirements, safety standards, and quality control programsSupport pursuit strategy, constructability reviews, and preconstruction planning for upcoming bridge workChampion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellenceRequired Experience & Qualifications10+ years of heavy civil construction experience, with a strong focus on bridge and transportation projectsProven track record as a Senior Project Manager or Lead Project Manager on bridge construction projectsExperience managing multi-million-dollar contracts (DOT, Caltrans, public works preferred)
