Scrum Master (Contract Role)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite Racine, WI

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM with flexibility


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and manage multiple Agile projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a contract position based in Racine, WI, with a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Agile project management, reporting and data analytics, and cross-functional team leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to execute projects efficiently.
  2. Delivery Management: Ensure timely delivery of all projects, meeting scope, budget, and quality expectations.
  3. Scope Definition: Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and technical feasibility.
  4. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and delegate tasks as required.
  5. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  7. Performance Measurement: Use appropriate tools and techniques to track project performance and analyze goal completion.
  8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with Agile best practices.
  9. Stakeholder Communication: Manage relationships with stakeholders, provide updates, and escalate issues when necessary.
  10. Team Coaching: Mentor team members on Agile methodologies to promote industry best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Technology, MIS, or a related field).
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of Project Management in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics.
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional teams or workers.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing applications such as Azure.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI or Agile certifications.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Technology or MIS.


Additional Details

  • Interview Process: Initial interviews will be conducted via video, followed by an onsite panel interview for the second round.
