This is a full-time on-site role for a Builder/Site Superintendent. The Builder/Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and the construction team. The Builder/Site Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring that the construction schedule is met, the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the quality standards set forth by Cablik Enterprises in Atlanta, GA.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in residential construction, including knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the construction team
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
- Ability to read architectural blueprints and construction drawings
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 10 years of experience in construction, with 5 years in a supervisory/management role
- Experience with cost estimation, construction budgeting, and scheduling software
- OSHA Certification is preferred
- LEED Certification is a plus
