ALS Sales

Evolution Tools Inc. is looking for a Sales Representative for Artificial Lift products in West Texas and the Greater Permian Basin region. Extensive knowledge, contacts & work experience within the West Texas / Greater Permian Basin area preferred. Experience with oil and gas companies and oilfield production equipment preferred. Position is based in Odessa, Texas and will require travel mainly within the Permian Basin area.

Responsibilities

• Field Sales of Tubing Rotator Systems on beam pumps and PCP wells
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote growth and customer satisfaction within the Permian Basin.
• Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met promptly and accurately.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities
• Support the customer service team to complete the sales process and collections within their assigned accounts.
• Management of Customer Inventory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of oil field service and sales experience, preferably within the artificial lift business
• Proven track record in account management and successful sales to work over rigs, production foremen, superintendents, etc.
• Strong technical understanding of ALS allowing you to speak confidently about product features and benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attitude and willing to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Must reside in the Permian Basin
