Our client is scouting for a talented, driven, and ambitious Junior Marketing Assistant to join their team in Phoenix In this role, you'll be at the heart of crafting compelling messages that captivate our audience and boost engagement. You'll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, deliver engaging promotional events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging. Get ready to gain hands-on experience in experiential marketing and make a significant impact on a brand's growth in the Phoenix market.


No Experience Required - This is an Entry Level position, and training will be provided


Junior Marketing Assistant Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales communication strategies across experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Create exciting events to promote our client's brand and products/services.
  • Present to customers at event venues and pop-up in-store events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all experiential marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communication to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidates


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
