We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to drive excellence in our testing processes and ensure the highest standards of quality for our products.Qualifications:Experience in Manual and Automation testingStrong skills in API TestingGood skills in Automation using SeleniumHands-on experience in developing automation frameworks using Java/PythonExperience in testing web, desktop, and database-based applicationsExperience in executing scripts on both ‘On-Premise’ and Cloud-based test environmentsExtensive knowledge of information systems elements (hardware, software, network) and their application to business functions/processesKnowledge of testing tools, database concepts, and MS OfficeInformed and cognizant of the key processes in the business and the business rules that affect the development and/or implementation of information systemsDrives continuous improvement through all processes, including but not limited to, team standards, test planning, resourcing and test execution, as well as debugging, metric collection, and reportingExperience and ability to understand different forms of user and system requirements and translate them into test scriptsStrong troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writingAbility to multitask with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and yet still be team-orientedAbility to be flexible and adaptable to changeAbility to collaborate and build solid relationships with multiple teams within the organisationEffective time management in organising and prioritising workHigh level of self-motivation and a passion for testingFast learner and eager to learn
