The part-time receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively. The receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and providing assistance to staff as needed.


What You'll Do:

  • Welcome visitors during Sales visits in our Vienna, VA office.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
  • Maintain common areas organized and restocked.
  • Aid in ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as regulatory signage posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support with scheduling appointments for assigned staff members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate manager.


What You'll Bring:

  • Flexibility to work part-time hours (20 hours), primarily three days a week.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
