This role is ideal for engineers passionate about going beyond traditional LLM applications and enabling intelligent, autonomous decision-making within enterprise automation.You will help pioneer the next generation of Agentic AI, developing systems that support Agent-to-Agent communication, autonomous orchestration, and advanced AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI. The role requires building robust backend services in Python (Django/FastAPI) and contributing to modern frontend interfaces as needed.⭐ Must-Have Core Skill (Highlighted)✔ 4–7 years of hands-on backend engineering experience with Python (Django/FastAPI), REST API development, SQL databases, and Docker—building production-grade, scalable systems.Technical Skills (Required)Python, Django, FastAPIREST API design, development, and documentationSystem design and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)Containerization and automation: Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelinesJavaScript/TypeScript (basic proficiency) and familiarity with modern frontend frameworksPreferred SkillsAsynchronous Python: asyncio, FastAPI async routesEvent streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQCloud-native systems: Kubernetes, Helm, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)Security frameworks: OAuth2, OpenID, RBACObservability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELKDroisys is an equal opportunity employer.
