ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Prepares cash forecasts and records cash transaction actuals; updates key assumptions including working capital requirements and borrowing rates.
  • Prepares corporate loan draw requests, requesting appropriate review and approval, and tracking funded requests.
  • Prepares debt compliance packages, updating company financial information, reviewing loan document amendments, and ensuring company contract adherence.
  • Updates investor wire and ACH banking instructions in Juniper Square, critical to timely, efficient, and secure disbursements to investors.
  • Tracks investor capital call receipts in Juniper Square, reporting on call collection and assisting investors in confirming destination banking instructions.
  • Tracks and forecasts bank account analysis fees, assisting in avoiding overdraft penalties.
  • Processes wire and ACH payments in accordance with company policy, confirming banking instructions to safeguard against fraud and accurately entering in various bank portals for approval; maintains banking partner wire room contacts for resolution of technical matters and expediting special payments.
  • Perform special analysis projects as needed.
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury or related field, with a focus on cash management.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and treasury systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and treasury management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
