The role requires robust proficiency in healthcare transactions , regulatory frameworks, adeptness in adhering to diverse state and federal health-related laws and regulations, expertise in private and public third-party reimbursement structures, a deep understanding of the corporate practice of medicine, adeptness in managing healthcare operational complexities, and a track record in orchestrating purchases, sales, and mergers within the healthcare sector, including joint ventures.


Furthermore, successful candidates should demonstrate a history of collaborating with various healthcare entities. These could encompass a wide array of practices, such as physician group practices, large group providers, healthcare systems, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, clinical laboratories, home health agencies, medical device manufacturers, durable medical equipment suppliers, practice management companies, management service organizations (MSOs), and substance abuse treatment centers.


Develop and maintain a strong book of business, cultivating and expanding client relationships within the litigation practice. Provide strategic counsel and advocacy to clients, delivering efficient and effective legal solutions tailored to their needs and objectives. Collaborate with attorneys across different practice areas to cross-sell services, maximize client opportunities, and drive business development initiatives.
