The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, familiarity with the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, and prior experience in litigation. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this role. The Personal Injury Case Manager will be responsible for client intake, communication, cases management from inception to resolution, and demand preparation.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough client intake interviews to gather essential information about accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case status and address any concerns.
  • Travel to meet clients as necessary, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Keep meticulous track of case deadlines and ensure all necessary documents and filings are completed on time.
  • Manage clients' cases from the initial accident through the treatment phase, coordinating with medical providers and other relevant parties.
  • Prepare comprehensive demand packages for settlement negotiations.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research as needed to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement case strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Prior litigation experience is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
