Role:

We are looking at passionate Software Engineers who can be part of our dynamic Support team (L1) to help application users work seamlessly on multiple MES platform applications.

As an integral part of our team, you embody the following qualities:

• Configure and customize Application modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration across modules.

• Conduct system testing, identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.


Pre-Requisites:

• Basic knowledge or academic project experience in C#, .NET

• Basic hands-on experience in SQL, JQuery would be required.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools

• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Should be a quick learner; open to learn new technologies as per project requirement (You will be trained on Applications which would need L1 support for users);

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English language.


Good to have:

  • Prior internship experience in an IT environment Basic understanding of IT solutions’ deployment process for factory/warehouse environments.
  • Prior experience working in Manufacturing domain project

Education Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
