Come join our team Kirsch Therapy is a pediatric private practice in Oceanside, CA, offering speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to clients aged 0-21. Our therapies are specialized for individuals with developmental delays and disabilities, including Autism, Apraxia, and feeding disorders. Our goal is to create a comfortable and fun atmosphere using a family centered approach to help our clients achieve not just their goals but their greatest potential in a family-focused environment. Our OTs are provided with two large gym spaces and separate treatment offices.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities, including Autism, Apraxia, and feeding disorders. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include assessing, planning, and implementing individual treatment programs. Our Pediatric Occupational Therapists also work with families and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care. Our team of 11 therapists are highly collaborative and supportive.


Qualifications

  • Sensory Integration, Occupational Therapy, Pediatrics, and Early Intervention skills
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with feeding therapy is a plus
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state license for Occupational Therapy
  • New Grads welcome. Mentoring available
