Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This position is responsible for leading the recruiting team in sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding seasonal workers for our housekeeping, linens, pool & spa, and cart rollback departments. A successful Recruitment Manager will work closely with local vendors and build relationships within the communities to build a pipeline of talent proactively. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive candidate experience. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the housekeeping, linen, pool & spa, and reservations departments to identify staffing needs on a regular basis.
- Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
- Supervise the office team
- Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
- Research the best job advertising techniques
- Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
- Source and recruit seasonal employees.
- Phone screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills and experience.
- Process background checks and DMV reports before start date.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and the company policies.
- Build a pipeline of candidates by using various recruiting tools/sources; NC Works, marketing to the local area, social media and community relations.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Collaborate regularly with all departments regarding pay rates, start dates, incentives and other pertinent details.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate contract discussions with candidates.
- Proficient in interviewing techniques that yield insightful evaluations of potential hires.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in employee relations to address any concerns during the hiring process.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing methods to identify diverse talent pools.
- Proven ability in talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Competence in social media management for promoting job openings and enhancing the company’s presence as an employer of choice.
