Content Producer

The social Content Producer will collaborate with cross functional teams to ideate and create compelling digital content, with an emphasis on short-form vertical video content and photography.

This person will have a deep understanding of the brand's identity and lifestyle, creating assets that reinforce the brand's position and the connection with the consumer. This entity will have the ability to identify trends, film content as well as personally edit a final product that can be used in various forms digitally. A deep understanding of production from concept to delivery is required.

Responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging and original multimedia content, with a primary focus on video production and supplementary skills in photography, writing and graphic design, tailored for different platforms and audiences.
2. Video Production: Conceptualize, storyboard, film and edit video content for various channels (primarily social), ensuring consistency in messaging, branding and tone. Demonstrate technical proficiency in video editing software, sound mixing and color grading.
3. Photography: Capture high-quality photos that effectively communicate brand identity and complement written, video and social content, for use on the web, social, video thumbnails and other marketing materials.
4. Writing and Copywriting: Draft compelling, well-structured and engaging social captions that align with Dude Perfect's voice and style.
5. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Graphic Design, Operations, Art and Video Production to ensure content supports overall content strategy and achieves organization's goals.
6. Brand Partnerships: Planning, filming, editing, and delivering content for brand partners.
7. Community Management: Responding to comments and DMs on various Dude Perfect social channels + building relationships with online communities.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, tools and best practices in video production, photography and writing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the content produced.

Qualifications

Technical skills to include:

• Proficiency in video capture techniques (e.g. framing, lighting, camera setup, audio)
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with audio editing and sound design
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation (e.g. Adobe After Effects)
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to problem solve in real-time
• A keen understanding of each social media network—best practices, trends, engagement norms, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and abstract ideas via imagery, video, and text
• Innate curiosity and interest in innovative social media, content creation and marketing tactics
• Ability to multi-task (including on multiple brands, in various formats and styles, adjusting creative to meet the needs of different platforms and audiences), prioritize and meet deadlines
