**Job Title: Clinic Administrator (Part-Time)**

**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a highly organized and dedicated Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our small clinic. This part-time role is pivotal in ensuring efficient clinic management and providing exceptional service to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, managing staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of patient care.

- Manage clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

- Handle patient relations, resolve issues, and ensure patient satisfaction.

- Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and clinic policies.

- Manage clinic financials, including budgeting, billing, and accounting.

- Coordinate with healthcare providers and external partners to improve service delivery.

- Implement and oversee clinic safety and cleanliness protocols.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in healthcare administration or relevant role.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and MS Office.

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
